Yuma Airshow

The jets move so fast that it was hard to find them and focus before they were gone. We only went for a couple hours and we parked along the road, rather than go into the base.

CampFire

H and Margaret completed another puzzle. It is missing one piece. We had a campfire Saturday night, Lyle and Margaret came over. We were serenaded by a group across the wash. Someone was playing an accordion and singing.

We got these giant marshmallows from Mexico, one is all you need.

Young Visitor

Our neighbors' grandchildren came to Yuma to visit, an 18 month old little boy, and almost 5 year old Maddie. She thinks that H is my Dad. She likes to come over to play, color, blow bubbles, watch cartoons. H and Margaret have completed another Thomas Kincaid puzzle. They are really speedy getting these puzzles together.

Moose

Sheila and George sent us this puzzle from Canada. Margaret and H put it together right away. Vicky's 5th wheel has been great for playing games and putting puzzles together. Vicky is not here this year, we miss her but have certainly enjoyed the use of her RV.

Flowers in the Wash

These flowers I have had since December, still look good.

The rest of these flowers are in the wash behind our lot this year. We will come back to this site next year, we really like the added space.

Multi-Tribal Pow-Wow

This 16 year old girl is from the Lakota Nation, same tribe H's mother's family was from.
We went to the pow-wow today, it was held in a high school gym due to weather(it was pouring down rain)
Friday and Saturday it was held outside.

Very colorful and lots of drums. We enjoyed it very much.
