Summer is Ending

Cross Country

Elle running cross country, junior high.
She came in fifth on her team and her team got 3rd. Time 15:55, not bad for first race.

Race day was very warm and humid, I'm sure I wouldn't want to be running.

Today it is raining, so nice to have temps only in the 60's instead of 90's. Maybe it will be cool for tomorrow's cross country meet.

Labor Day!

H put together the puzzle from the San Diego Zoo! I helped a little.

Pam, if you are wondering why he has not done the puzzle you gave him, it is too big for our table. I want him to get a piece of plywood and place it over the table in the house, and work on it there. Maybe that is what we will do today, get the plywood. We also need a dehumidifier, the one in the basement gave out, it was 19 years old.
